Career Highlights

• Project Division Manager and Client Project Manager for Goodman Group on various major commercial, industrial and business park property developments, and establishing their own projects division, setting up all the procedures, systems, contracts, specifications. The dynamic role covered a span of 7 years 1998 to 2005.
• Project Design and Construction Advisor to Hyundai on the development of their new Head Office at Macquarie Park and Project Director/Manger for their 30,000 m2 parts warehouse at Eastern Creek.
• Joint Managing Director Trivan P/L (Girvan Subsidiary) Turnaround and rebuild the business from loss making to profit generating business within 12 months
• General Manager Mainbrace Constructions which involved substantial a restructure of their operations after they tripled in size in 2 years
• Establishing his own profitable Commercial Construction Business Refurberations which operated for 6 years until it was closed by voluntarily for personal and market considerations.
• Independent project reviews for Leighton Holdings Board of Directors of Sydney Casino, Australian Embassy, Hanoi; Coal Mines in Indonesia and Queensland; Hotel Development in Malaysia and Kalgoorlie Gold Mine.
• Project Management of the design and construction of over 20 shopping centres for Woolworths and Coles
• Project Manager on the extension and upgrade of the Shellharbour Shopping Centre and associated medical centre commercial buildings and infrastructure works.
• Project Director on the refurbishment of Woolworths, George Street Sydney Head Office and Metro Retail complex. This building was totally upgraded while maintaining Woolworth’s retail and head office operations.
• Project Director on the construction of 12 storey Sussex Centre with Retail, food and commercial components in Sydney’s Chinatown District. During the peek of the BLF turmoil.
• Management of the rezoning process and building tenders for three developments in Queensland for Bunning’s. Generic Design and Construct brief and contract documents were also prepared for Bunning’s
