Description: This project is a high quality business park, located in Sydney’s inner-west industrial precinct of Homebush adjacent to Sydney Olympic Park.

Campus Business Park comprises approximately 85,000 sq m of large industrial buildings and attached offices, and a heritage refurbished office and café on Parramatta Road.

The site was originally a Ford Motor Company Manufacturing and Production Facility.

The project required an ongoing flexible management of the master plan as various tenants were accommodated on the site, often with impossible timetables. The units range in size from 2,000 m2 to 12,000 m2

Major Tenants include Kia, Ateco, Toshiba, UPS, Fuji Xerox

Our Role: George Birdsall acted as Project Director for Macquarie Goodman managing the approvals process with DIPNR, the Design & Construct process, site decontamination and tenant liaison
