Campus Business Park comprises approximately 85,000 sq m of large industrial buildings and attached offices, and a heritage refurbished office and café on Parramatta Road. The site was originally a Ford Motor Company Manufacturing and Production Facility. The project required an ongoing flexible management of the master plan as various tenants were accommodated on the site, often with impossible timetables.
