| Our Role: | George Birdsall acted as Project Director for Independent Liquor Group assisting in the final selection and purchase of the land from CSR, managing the approvals process with the Penrith Council, design and construct process with FDC building, and then the office and warehouse fitout process. |
The Project Management Sydney team is led by George Birdsall who has a broad range of experience in senior executive roles in business management, construction projects and development management.
This broad experience allows him to overview the entire development and building process and assist clients to find cost effective solutions for their projects.
