The Trans Tech redevelopment of an old printing facility into modern office/ warehouse units ranging in size from 600 to 2000 m2 The Brookvale development comprises approximately 7,500 sq m of small industrial units some with mezzanines over 2 levels.The size of the units range from 60 to 240 sq m. The Bishop St St Peters project involved constructing 39 small strata units with a total area of approx. 7,000m2 |

| Our Role: | The Trans Tech Project was a hands on Project Manager/ Director Role covering all aspects of the project from authority approvals, to design to construction to tenant liaison and fitouts
On the Brookvale project George advised Life Property Group on demolition, early design coordination, preparation of tender documents, the management of the tender process and contract documents. George acted as Project Director for the client on the Bishop St Project and was assisted in the day to day management of this small strata industrial unit development by Michael Briscas |
